A Japanese Street Food Themed Dinner that Transformed a Venue into a Festive Wonderland

For the incentive tour of a leading Asian insurance company, we planned and managed a Japanese Street Food themed dinner party.
From stage design to performance coordination, we provided full support to create a lively atmosphere where participants could mingle and experience Japanese culture firsthand.

To fulfill the client’s request for a “Japanese Street Food themed dinner concept” where guests can gather, interact, and enjoy together, we arranged a variety of elements including a sumo ring–style main stage, 23 food stalls, traditional Japanese drum, idol, and sumo performances, as well as photo booths and cosplay performers.
To further enhance the authentic Japanese atmosphere, we also installed symbolic decorations such as a five-story pagoda, a five torii gate, and an ema board—bringing the festive and spiritual spirit of Japan to life.

For audio, visual, and lighting (AVL), we collaborated with its group company, Denon Engineering, to align the overall concept and deliver a cohesive experience using LED screens and moving lights that perfectly matched the party’s theme.
