We provided comprehensive event planning, production, decoration, lighting, sound, and on-site operation for a three-day incentive tour hosted by a leading international health insurance company based in South America.
The program welcomed around 300 guests, with each day offering a unique theme and venue concept that showcased the beauty and creativity of Japanese culture.
【Day 1: “JAPAN NIGHT” at Happo-en】
For the opening event, we created a warm and elegant atmosphere inspired by traditional Japan.
The venue entrance featured torii gates, lantern walls, and Japanese inflatable balloons, leading guests into a garden reception illuminated by soft uplighting.
Highlights included taiko drum performances, a kagami-biraki (sake barrel breaking) ceremony, and an interactive sumo experience, allowing guests to engage directly with Japanese culture.
【Day 2: “ANIME NIGHT” at V2 Roppongi】
The second night transformed a Tokyo nightclub into a lively space themed around Japanese anime and pop culture.
We installed LED walls, moving lights, strobes, and smoke effects to create a dynamic visual environment.
Cosplay staff, LED accessories, and a caricature photo booth added interactive entertainment, while a DJ played anime remix tracks to maintain an energetic atmosphere throughout the evening.
【Day 3: “SAKURA NIGHT GALA” at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo】
For the final gala and award ceremony, we designed a sakura-inspired theme celebrating Japan’s iconic cherry blossoms.
The ballroom was decorated with floral backdrops, cascading cherry blossom branches, and soft pink drapery, transforming the space into a refined, spring-like setting.
We enhanced the stage with pink LED uplighting, petal-pattern gobo projections, and subtle haze effects, while a professional AV setup with wireless microphones, monitor speakers, and projection screens ensured smooth performances and presentations.
By presenting three distinct themes — traditional, pop culture, and elegant gala — we helped the client deliver a memorable incentive experience that combined Japanese aesthetics with engaging entertainment.
